Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Maintenance:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, circuits, and electrical panels.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, ensuring systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.

1. HVAC Systems Maintenance:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) for commercial or residential buildings.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment, ensuring proper operation and diagnosing malfunctions.
• Replace components such as filters, belts, and motors, and handle refrigerants in compliance with safety regulations.

1. Troubleshooting & Repairs:

• Diagnose and resolve issues with both electrical and HVAC systems.
• Respond to service requests promptly, providing accurate and timely solutions.
• Work with team members or independently to carry out repairs in a cost-effective manner.

1. Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all electrical and HVAC installations and repairs are in compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation of repairs, inspections, and service schedules.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory safety guidelines.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or HVAC systems preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical and HVAC maintenance or installation.
• Skills:
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and HVAC system diagnostics.
• Familiarity with electrical wiring, controls, HVAC systems, and related tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
