Sales Executive

What You Will Do:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing business profitability by focusing on both net sales and gross margin earnings. Utilize discounts strategically to close deals effectively.
  • Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships, ensuring top-level customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate buses by explaining their characteristics, capabilities, and services.
  • Maintain a strong focus on ensuring satisfaction for all customers throughout the sales process.
  • Contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within your designated territory to generate leads and follow up on opportunities.
  • Attend all sales meetings and modular training sessions, including refresher courses on new products.


Skills

Required Skills to Be Successful:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role at a commercial vehicle dealership or similar environment.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Experience in bus sales or related commercial vehicle equipment sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the UAE or GCC market is preferred.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

In this role, you will work in a diverse and fast-paced environment, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. You will collaborate with a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and achieving sales excellence.

 

What Equips You for the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.
