In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire studio operation, driving profitability, and ensuring operational excellence across a team of 80+ employees. 


Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily operations, team performance, and profitability of the three branches (Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Qatar);
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve performance goals and KPIs;
  • Manage a large team of 80+ employees, including remote staff;
  • Adapt quickly to changes and maintain operational excellence;
  • Foster a positive, empathetic work culture while delivering on the business target;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client's market reach.

Education & Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience as General Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch Manager roles;
  •  Experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred;
  • Proven ability to manage large teams (onsite+remote staff) in a structured, customer-focused environment;
  • Ability to connect with both team members and clients, maintaining a positive, supportive culture.
