About the Client:
A Dubai-based, certified foodservice wholesaler and distributor.
Job Description:
- Prepare and process milk, cultures, and rennet to produce mozzarella cheese, ensuring adherence to recipes and production standards.
- Monitor the cheese-making process, including curdling, cutting, stretching, and shaping, to achieve desired texture and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the mozzarella meets product specifications and ensure proper storage and packaging.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience; home country experience is accepted
- Proven experience in cheese making, preferably with a focus on mozzarella production.
- Knowledge of dairy processing techniques, food safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
