Job Description:

  •  Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Oversee and manage correspondence, including handling emails, phone calls, and internal communications to ensure efficient information flow.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, preparing materials, and taking minutes to ensure meetings are productive and actionable.
  • Assist with the management and execution of various projects and initiatives, including tracking progress, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications: 

  • Open to British nationals
  • 35 years old and below 
  • Must have degree in Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 3-5 years experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or similar role, ideally supporting C-level
  • Previous experience in the FMCG industry or a related field is a must
