Our client is a holiday property rentals company, offering luxury at esteemed locations across the UAE.
As a niche market and a growing portfolio, we are seeking a seasoned professional in the Real Estate market to join their team.
Key role is to actively network with and target Homeowners and Real Estate Agents to list properties for short term rental.
Responsibilities
· Build referral and lead generation network.
· Acquire and list properties on the companies website
· Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
· Develop and implement strategies for new services.
· Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Sales or other relevant field
- Minimum of 5 year’s experience of which 2 years in the UAE Market.
- Possess a track record of acquiring (high end / luxury) holiday homes onto a portfolio.
- Have a strong network of agents / landlords and contacts
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
- A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
- Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
