Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate Leads and assist property owners and buyers with the process.
- Communication: Provide guidance and advice to clients on property investments.
- ROI Analysis: Conduct investment analysis using our process to rate potential real estate investment opportunities for investors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Prospecting new business through warm calling/messaging/emailing our databases.
- Networking to become an area specialist within your assigned community
- Qualifying new leads
- Negotiating and finalizing deals
- Learn and advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
- Work with team to create property listings and attend viewings
- Network and build connections with potential clients and industry professionals
- Negotiate property sale and rental agreements
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities
- High level of commitment and a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in utilizing real estate tools and platforms
- A real estate agent or broker&; license is a plus, but not initially required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and any other relevant languages spoken in the local market
- Candidates must be in UAE for an in-person interview.
