Customer Service Coordinator

Job Purpose:

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing customer orders by accurately entering them into the system, to ensure that orders and invoices are processed efficiently, providing the highest level of service to the customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify customer orders promptly and accurately to ensure it meets its on-time delivery performance objectives
  • Work in close collaboration with the warehouse team on all customer delivery reports.
  • Handle customer returns in accordance with the established Guidelines and Procedures ,
  • Ensure to verify information on Customer orders is accurate to facilitate invoice processing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Department to address and resolve disputed credit items.
  • Respond swiftly to inquiries and requests from the sales team concerning customer follow-ups, ensuring that all necessary information or assistance is provided to enable seamless communication with customers.
  • Contribute to the team, by showcasing adaptability and collaborative abilities
