Job Description:
- Create detailed and photorealistic 3D models and renderings of real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Produce compelling 3D visual content for internal project reviews, client presentations, and marketing materials, including aerial views, interior walkthroughs, site plans, and context visualizations.
- Develop still images, animations, and interactive 3D walkthroughs that showcase the key features and selling points of the property.
- Assist in developing conceptual visual designs for new developments, including exterior and interior renders, material palettes, landscaping, and urban environment integration and create and manage a library of reusable 3D assets, textures, lighting setups, and environments to streamline the design process.

About the Client:
A Dubai-based property development company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
Qualifications:
- 38 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience 3D design, 3D visualization, or architectural.
- Proficient in 3D design software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Rhino, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
- With strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for post-production and editing.
- Knowledgeable with Revit and AutoCAD for importing CAD drawings and integrating them into 3D models.
- Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail, color theory, lighting, and texture. Ability to translate architectural and design concepts into visually stunning 3D content
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve design challenges, such as rendering issues, file optimization, or working with complex architectural structures.
