Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and engage with potential clients via phone calls, emails, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a network of real estate professionals, including developers, investors, and property owners.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for property viewings.
  • Present and show properties to potential buyers.
  • Conduct market research to provide accurate and up-to-date property information.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and property proposals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying process, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Understand the needs and preferences of clients to offer the most suitable properties.
  • Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, prices, and competition.
  • Prepare market analysis reports and suggest pricing strategies to clients.
  • Provide regular feedback and sales progress reports to management.
  • Assist clients in completing all necessary paperwork for property transactions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, including price, payment terms, and closing date.
  • Ensure that all contractual agreements are in place and executed in compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including calls, meetings, and transactions.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car is required for traveling to properties and client meetings.



Skills

Education

  • A degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with the local property market and real estate regulations.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
