Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of internal and client-based marketing projects
Communicate and work across departments to create a product delivery roadmap and ensure branding consistency
Create messaging for marketing collateral that aligns with, supports, and promotes corporate activities (such as PR, recruitment, lead generation)
Interact with prospective clients
Develop project timelines
Manage departmental resources according to project needs
Forward internal marketing collateral to Corporate Marketing and PR for further use
Designate tasks and establish project deadlines for all team members
Quality-check deliverables
Organize project files
Coach and mentor new team members
Skills
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing or a related field
3-6 years of experience in Marketing as team lead
Advanced knowledge of document-processing software and workflow applications
Expert interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skills
