Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in property transactions, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Source, market, and sell luxury residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
- Specialize in the Secondary Market with a focus on specific areas and have acquired a minimum of 20 active listings.
- Provide personalized service by valuing people over profits in every deal.
- Stay updated on market trends to provide insights and sound advice.
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of local and international clients.

Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of real estate experience (in Dubai)
- 2+ years of real estate experience (Outside of dubai)
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in any of the following is a plus:
- Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, British English, Persian (Farsi), Indian languages, or English.
- Cultural Awareness: Comfortable with Dubai’s diverse client base and professional etiquette.
