- Prepare all the required documents related to the shipment & customs.
- Manage the customs clearance process in Sharjah, coordinating with customs brokers for efficient handling of incoming shipments.
- Monitoring and evaluating the shipment invoices and making insurance requests for the shipments.
- Maintaining timeliness and productivity while keeping an eye on the shipments and costs.
- Preserving timeliness and productivity while monitoring shipments and costs.
Skills
· University degree
· Valid UAE driving license
· Familiarity with customs clearance procedures.
· Strong working knowledge of the UAE market and its logistics landscape.
- In-depth knowledge of all legal regulations.
- Must possess working knowledge of logistics software and Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to handle all organizational and managerial duties with excellence.
- Ability to work in flexible working hours
