Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding client goals, and providing timely updates and recommendations to enhance satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and local market insights.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of client projects, coordinating with creative, media, and production teams to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client expectations, brand voice, and cultural nuances of the Arabic-speaking audience.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure campaigns are executed within financial limits while maintaining high quality.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights, create post-campaign reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely delivery of all components.
• Lead client presentations and meetings, communicating project progress, campaign results, and strategic insights to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in account management within a marketing or advertising agency in the UAE, with a proven record of managing client relationships and executing successful campaigns.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in English for effective bilingual communication in both written and spoken forms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Deep understanding of the UAE market, cultural trends, and consumer behavior, with the ability to create localized strategies that resonate with Arabic-speaking audience.
