We are seeking a skilled Senior Key Account Manager (Sr. KAM) E-Commerce to manage key e-commerce accounts and drive profitable sales growth. You will be responsible for developing innovative strategies, optimizing systems, and ensuring a strong digital presence for the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Managing key e-commerce accounts and driving sales growth across various platforms.

• Developing and implementing profitable e-commerce models aligned with market trends.

• Building capabilities within the sales and distribution system to serve e-commerce websites effectively.

• Analyzing data from management information systems (MIS) to create actionable business plans.

• Conceptualizing and executing promotional strategies, SKU rationalization, and national-level engagement programs with e-tailers



Skills

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in FMCG or e-retailers, with 3-4 years in e-commerce roles.

• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of performance marketing metrics.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and analysis.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including marketing, finance, and supply chain teams
