Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses, and other executive logistics.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and market research reports.
- Support the development and execution of strategic business plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and business practices is essential.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
