Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven candidate to join and tap into potential client opportunities and generate new business in the Middle East region. The Account Manager will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend solutions that maximize value.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through existing/new portfolios and networks.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for the Arabic-speaking market.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Forex sector.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective campaigns and promotional activities.
- Address client concerns and inquiries swiftly to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Achieve or exceed sales performance targets as set by the Head of Sales.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, including markets, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Educate and train potential clients on the company’s products, markets, and trading platforms.
- Attend seminars, conferences, and relevant events to enhance your network and knowledge.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
