Job Description:
- Accurately record property transactions, lease agreements, and sales and generate monthly and annual financial reports tailored to real estate operations
- Process vendor payments, contractor invoices, utility bills and track rental income, tenant deposits, and ensure timely collection of dues.
- Reconcile property-specific accounts, bank statements, and tenant balances.
- Ensure all financial records align with lease and contract terms.
- Prepare VAT filings and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationalities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in accounting software used in real estate
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a real estate accounting role
