ob Vacancy: Sales Executive in Dubai

Modern Space Dubai is a leading renovation and reconstruction company specializing in residential renovations/fit-out, commercial space transformations, kitchen solutions, residential upgrades, and ACS (Air Conditioning Systems) supply and installation. We deliver high-quality, innovative solutions for homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition for residential and commercial projects.
  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals for accurate costing and pricing.
  • Follow-Up & Negotiation to enable closure of deals.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams including designers, project management, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales performance reports.
  • Lead Generation through networking, industry events, and digital outreach.
  • Customer Feedback & Support.

Skills

Requirements:

1. Educational Background

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Sales Certifications (optional)

2. Experience

  • Sales Experience in Renovation/Fit-Outs
  • Experience working in Dubai or the UAE market is required.
  • Client Acquisition especially in generating leads, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of DDA Regulations will be considered as an advantage.
  • Project Management skills in renovation or fit-out projects.

3. Skills

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills
  • Marketing and Presentation Skills
  • Industry Knowledge on fit-out trends, materials, and the renovation process.
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Time Management Skills
  • Skills and experience in the following areas will be considered as advantage:

-BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

-Design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, InDesign, Photoshop & Lumion

4. Language and Communication

Fluency in English

Interpersonal Skills

5. UAE Driving License (Optional)

A valid UAE driver’s license is required for site visits and client meetings.

6. Knowledge of Dubai Market (real estate and construction market including residential and commercial projects.)

7.Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • sales: 3 years (Required)
  • Real Estate or Renovation: 3 years (Required)
