Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
Provide information regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate locations.
Ensure smooth boarding processes and monitor passenger safety.
Handle lost and found services and resolve passenger complaints.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient airport operations.
Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo.
Comply with all safety and security regulations.
Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service experience (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
Physical fitness to handle luggage and assist passengers.
