One of the leading global Consulting firm based in seeking for a high caliber  Director of Business Setup .

This pivotal role demands a dynamic individual with extensive knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and free zones, coupled with a proven ability to drive sales, manage teams, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering business growth, ensuring compliance, and nurturing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Strategic Leadership: o Develop and implement business setup strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision. o Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and partnerships within free zones and mainland markets.

2. Market Knowledge & Compliance: o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business regulations, laws, and procedures across free zones and mainland jurisdictions. o Provide expert guidance to clients on setting up businesses, ensuring full legal and procedural compliance.

3. Client Relationship Management: o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, government authorities, and free zone representatives. o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction.

4. Team Leadership: o Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of business setup consultants and sales professionals. o Set clear goals, provide training, and ensure a collaborative work environment. o Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to ensure team excellence.

5. Sales & Business Development: o Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to attract and convert leads. o Attend networking events, industry expos, and client meetings to expand the company’s footprint in the market. o Build a strong pipeline of leads through personal connections and market expertise.

6. Operational Oversight: o Oversee the entire lifecycle of the business setup process, from initial consultation to license issuance. o Optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.

7. Stakeholder Engagement: o Liaise with government bodies, free zone authorities, and other stakeholders to stay informed of changes in regulations and market trends. o Represent the company at industry forums and key meetings to enhance visibility and credibility. 

Skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business setup services, corporate structuring, or related fields in the UAE.

• Extensive network within UAE markets, government entities, and free zones

. • Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and compliance requirements for business setup.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
