Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Arrange and manage travel itineraries.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and calls.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and event coordination.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative duties.
- Oversee day-to-day office management, including HR, procurement, and contract management.
- Handle sensitive documents such as contracts, financial records, and strategic plans.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Eager to learn, people-oriented, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
