Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge & Merchandising: Be the expert on the features, benefits, and design elements of products, ensuring clients are well-informed. Oversee showroom displays and product presentation to maintain brand standards.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers on the showroom floor, offer consultations, and provide design inspiration and solutions. Ensure clients experience an exceptional level of service and luxury.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, interior designers, architects, and corporate clients. Provide personalized service, ensuring client needs and desires are met with tailored solutions.
- End-to-End Project Coordination: Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle for clients, from initial inquiry and design consultation through to installation and final handover.
- Quality Control & Client Approval: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of installations. Ensure that all work meets the high standards of luxury and quality expected by our clientele. Coordinate client approvals at key stages of the project.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years experience with Italian luxury brands is a must.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of luxury furnishings, home decor, and interior design principles.
- Proven experience managing both sales and project delivery for high-end clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in CRM software
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Languages: Good English is required; knowledge of additional languages (such as Italian, Arabic is a plus)
