Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce ISO certifications and training programs.
  • Understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate ISO certification and training services.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team and provide follow-up information to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on client interactions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Provide clients with information on renewal processes and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Assist in email campaigns and other marketing activities as required.


Skills

  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
  • An adroit professional with hands-on expertise in managerial attributes.
  • Good soft skills to offer exceptional customer service on a regular basis.
  • Ability to engage and explain the company's products by using established tactics.
