Required Admin Staff

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record management
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure smooth office operations
Support the team with daily tasks and project coordination
Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
