Bachelor’s degree
1-4 years’ experience in business environment in technology-oriented bank.
Hands – on experience in ARCOS access management.
Strong interpersonal skill, problem solving, analytical, planning skills.
Strong communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of banking applications namely Core-Banking, IRIS,
CRM, EDMS, GTS, PRIME, Select, BPM, Flex-cube Direct Banking, SWIFT etc.
Manage and maintain users accesses to all banking applications based on their
requirements to run the business.
Skills
Manage ticketing platforms such as Remedy SalesForce & BMC Helix.
Manage multi-system environment – requires thorough knowledge of all banking
applications to solve user access problems.
Multi country environment sensitivity to different working days / hours.
Work as systems administrator to support and provided accesses to the users to
use the systems and help in understanding various systems.
