We are looking for a friendly and reliable concierge to help our guests during their stay in our vacation homes. You will be responsible for greeting guests, showing them the property, confirming bookings, and ensuring everything goes smoothly during check-in and check-out.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and show them the property.
• Confirm bookings and help with check-in and check-out.
• Make sure the property is in great condition for guests.
• Be friendly and available to support guests during their stay.

Skills

Required Skills:

• UAE Driving License (knowledge of Dubai areas preferred).
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Comfortable using mobile apps, Google Maps, Waze, and WhatsApp.
• Friendly, polite, and confident with excellent customer service skills.
• Well-dressed and presentable at all times.
• Basic experience in domestic home repairs is a strong advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Employment visa will be processed after probation period.
