1. Develop detailed drawings and layouts for high-rise structures using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
2. Produce technical schematics, including site layouts, structural details, and floor plans.
3. Ensure designs comply with construction codes and project standards.
4. Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to incorporate feedback and updates into designs.
5. Assist structural engineers in refining frameworks and load-bearing structures for tall buildings.
6. Organize and update technical drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Prepare "as-built" drawings that reflect final construction outcomes.
8. Check designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with technical specifications.
9. Conduct site visits to verify project progress matches design plans and resolve discrepancies.
10. Leverage CAD and BIM software to create detailed 2D and 3D renderings of construction designs.
11. Use visualization tools to produce models and simulations for client review.
12. Contribute to the estimation of materials and resources needed for construction.
13. Provide input on scheduling and workflows to enhance project efficiency.
