Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Product Showcasing: Assist in presenting our luxury collections to both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, product launches, and client preferences to offer tailored recommendations.
  • Administrative Support: Manage inquiries, process orders, and communicate effectively with internal teams.

Skills

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for creating outstanding client experiences.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in retail or B2B sales, preferably in the HoReCa or luxury goods sectors.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai’s hospitality and dining landscape is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
  • Professionalism: Polished appearance and confident demeanor that aligns with our luxury brand.
