Key Responsibilities

1.      Structural engineering competence

2.      Knowledge of all structural analysis tools and software’s

3.      Experience on high rise structures

4.      Manager Structural IFC drawings

5.      Review and coordination with authorities for DM approved drawings

6.      Site coordination and resolving DM site inspection issues

7.      Coordination with Rebar suppliers and workshops to manage supply to site

8.      Manager rebar shop drawings and BBS and supervise rebar delivery efficiency ( optimization of wastages ) and certifications

9.      Manage rebar shop drawings approval process and revisions with the Consultant

10.  Able to provide structural analysis and solutions for temporary works ( tower cranes/hoists/loading platforms/high level scaffolds) etc..

Skills

• A degree in Civil engineering, Structural engineering or closely related field.
• Civil engineering Design, Structural Analysis and Structural engineering Skills.
• Proficiency in Relevant Engineering Software.
• Strong knowledge in load analysis, coordination, value engineering, safety compliance and international codes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Project Management skills.
• UAE Experience Must.
