  • Making a packing list and a commercial invoice in accordance with a purchase order or preliminary bill.
  • Preparing the shipment-associated insurance requests and reviewing and following up with the invoices for the same.
  • Preserving timeliness and productivity while monitoring shipments and costs.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
  • In-depth knowledge of all legal regulations and ISO requirements.
  • Must possess working knowledge of logistics software and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to handle all organizational and managerial duties with excellence.
