About the Client:
A Dubai-based property development company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
Job Description:
- Establish and Maintain a Centralized System for the control of company correspondence.
- Establish a Distribution Matrix for allocating controlled copies of documents as necessary to Company staff or Organizations (Client, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers, etc.)
- Logging of all Correspondence, Drawings, Procedures, Standards, Specifications, Vendor Drawings, Purchase Orders, Data Sheets, Manuals, etc. and generate internal transmittal for internal circulation of the same.
- Co-ordination and control of incoming and outgoing Engineering Documentation, QC Documentation (Inspection Records), Suppliers Documentation, Subcontractors Documentation with Client/Contractor as well as internal review approval of Subcontractors documentation.
Skills
- Five years in a similar role in a similar role in office work, documentation and control.
- Specific past experience working on PMWEB, ACONEX, INAXUS or any digital cloud-based document management system would be a big advantage.
- Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software.
- Knowledge of Electronic Documentation Systems.
- Hands-on work experience on ERPs like NetSuite or SAP is mandatory
