We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in staffing and recruitment business development, a strong understanding of the UAE market, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Develop customized staffing solutions to meet client requirements and exceed their expectations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates and timely staffing services.
• Negotiate and close business deals while adhering to company policies and profitability goals.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.
• Stay updated on labor laws and market trends in the UAE to provide expert advice to clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry.
• Strong network of clients and decision-makers in the UAE market.
