Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver structured coaching plans for esports players at different skill levels.
- Supervise and manage the academy’s training schedules and operational workflows.
- Provide individual performance assessments and improvement plans for players.
- Recruit and manage coaching staff to ensure consistent training quality.
- Organize scrimmages and practice matches to enhance team performance.
