Administrative Assistant / E-Commerce

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant / E-Commerce to join our growing team. 

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently and confidentially.

This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


Responsibilities:

Full control over Amazon account.

Boost sales using e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Noon

List products with accurate and optimized descriptions, photos, and details.

Maintain filing systems, Inventory replenishment and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

Create, Maintain, and Expand our Online Presence on Global Marketplaces like Amazon and Noon

Preparing for the FBA cycle.

Manage Amazon campaigns, including PPC, brand, and display.

Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.

Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

Oversee and manage multiple social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.


Skills

Preferred Candidate:

Over three years of experience full control managing Amazon accounts.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
