Skills

  • Proven track record of successful sales
  • Experience with sales training and management
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Familiarity with marine equipment and the boating industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in marketing and sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
