We are seeking a versatile and skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WordPress web development, SEO, and IT infrastructure, along with a strong understanding of basic networking and system troubleshooting. This role requires someone who can handle diverse responsibilities, including website management, technical support, and IT systems setup.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development & SEO:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize websites using WordPress.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, create meta tags, and optimize website content for SEO.

Networking & IT Systems:

• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and MAN networks.
• Set up and maintain servers, including troubleshooting issues.
• Install and configure PABX systems for telecommunication.
• Provide basic networking support, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

IT Infrastructure Management:

• Install and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
• Set up and maintain IT infrastructure, including printers, scanners, and biometric devices.
• Configure and maintain CCTV cameras, ensuring seamless video surveillance systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot attendance devices and fingerprint scanners.

Design & Content:

• Create basic designs for digital and print using Canva.
• Assist with creating visually appealing content for company marketing initiatives.

Skills

Familiarity with off-page SEO techniques, including backlinking and content outreach.

Experience in managing IT-related projects.

Certifications in networking or IT infrastructure
