Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist visitors in a warm, professional manner and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and accurately.
  3. Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  4. Handle office correspondence, including mail, emails, and courier services.
  5. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and visitor logs.
  6. Assist in administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  7. Provide information and guidance to guests and employees as needed.
  8. Maintain records of visitor logs and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  9. Support other departments as required with clerical duties.
  10. Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.


Skills

Qualifications and Skills:

  • UAE National with a valid Family Book.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional attitude, appearance, and positive personality.
  • Ability to handle a busy environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
