  • Receive order, sales contract from customer and ensure that purchase order is forwarded to production/purchasing team in timely manner.
  • Good coordination and follow up skills with sales team, purchasing department, production team etc. internal/external customers to ensure smooth flow of operation.
  • Make shipment plan, inform the purchaser to deliver the goods to the warehouse in ME one week in advance.
  • According to the delivery information of the order, contact the forwarder company in advance to make arrangements for car booking, warehouse booking, container hauling, customs declaration, etc.
  • Prepare the shipping label, shipping files etc., and inform the warehouse to prepare the goods according to the shipping plan.
  • Provide assistance in purchase order execution, following up the order and delivery status and ensure all the delivery deadlines are met.
  • Handling customer’s complaints and quality issues from email; Providing feedback and explaining customer’s requirement to product sourcing team to suppliers.
  • Check the cost of all shipping companies and container companies According to the customs declaration materials, sort the packing list and invoice,ect..for finance to apply for tax refund and audit.
  • Keep abreast of new policies of customs and export warehouse.
  • Daily correspondence with customer accounts to maintain and develop good business relationship; Meet and visit customers from time to time
  • Responsible for annual, monthly and weekly shipment statistics.
  • Operate ERP system according to order running process
  • Report works and perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisors and GM.

Skills

  • Academic Qualifications: University graduate
  • Diploma/Certificate: Graduates or Undergraduates with 4-5 years or related experience.
  • Professional Qualifications: Having a merchandising background is preferably
  • Experience:2-5 years

  • Strong communication skills in English and other language, both written and oral.
  • Have great command over computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
