What You'll Do: Recruit, train, and manage an outstanding team.

Create a welcoming environment for customers.

Develop marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

What We're Looking For: Proven experience in coffee shop or restaurant management. Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Knowledge of profit optimization and financial management.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
