Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide IT support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, servers, and network equipment through regular monitoring and maintenance.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, minimizing downtime and ensuring user satisfaction.
Network Administration: Configure, monitor, and secure LAN/WAN networks, ensuring optimal connectivity and data security.
IT Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software assets, ensuring proper documentation.
Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors to procure, install, and service IT equipment and software.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related role.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
Skills
Proficiency in Windows and macOS / iOS.
Knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and routers.
Hardware troubleshooting (PC, Laptops, Servers, Printers)
Experience with Microsoft Exchange, GoDaddy, Website, HTML, Zoho Application.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Knowledge in SQL Database
