Job Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Support services manager, the incumbent is responsible
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the country.
- Greeting clients to the bank, screening and transferring incoming calls as required.
- Contacting clients, arranging bank meetings, attending meetings as well as taking minutes.
- Preparing memos, letters, and other important correspondence for executives.
- Establishing and maintaining secretarial practices in order to ensure reliable and accurate data, essential for business operations.
- Making travel arrangements for senior executives and scheduling meetings for them.
- Scanning, making copies of important documents and filing them.
- Maintaining databases and MIS for support services
- Conducting research and disseminating information through telephone, websites, mail services, and e-mail.
- Executing and maintaining office systems, maintaining meeting room coordination, calendars and schedules for all Head office staff.
- Providing orientation and training for new staff, communicating fluently in English verbally as well as in writing to respond to inquiries and providing information as required and on an ad hoc basis.
- Visitor administration

Answer incoming calls and transfer accordingly.
- Ensure proper standards of hospitality are provided to all employees, vendors, and visitors onsite and via the phone.
- Know and apply badge procedures for all employees and visitors.
- Communicate with all internal departments including Housekeeping, Facilities and Administration
- Issuing Mashreq ID card or replacement for staff, Intern, Visitors & vendors.
- Ad hoc QCB projects and Treasury projects.
- Efficiency in planning and management of bank meetings
- Exhibit outstanding client service delivery at all times
- Timely management of client enquires and queries.
- Quality of support to team in meeting country objectives

Knowledge, Skills And Experience:
- Degree holder with 2yrs + experience in security Industry.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Exceptional English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
