Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the senior management team of our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The EA will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office by providing comprehensive administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist executives in decision-making processes.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
- Ensure efficient office operations and address any administrative issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
