Based at our Head Office in Dubai Festival City, The Head of Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing, managing, and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations across all health clinics within the organization.
This role ensures the timely, cost-effective, and efficient procurement, distribution, and management of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment to meet ou patient care needs while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy to support clinic operations and patient care.
- Oversee the procurement, inventory control, and distribution of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and clinic equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and distributors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure all procurement and supply chain processes comply with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
Required Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Healthcare Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in healthcare or clinical supply chain operations is essential
