Job Description

Job Summary:

  • To partner with the Business Heads and Management in achieving organizational and operations HR gains & efficient service to all employees & adhering to HR SLA’s/Policies & Procedures.
  • Solid experience with HR practices and employee management.
  • Communicate with Managing Director and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and company culture.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Organizational Development

  • Ensure proper staffing in a timely manner and ensuring the growth of our talent pipeline. Provide tools and support for people development across the organization:
  • Conduct full end-to-end recruitment using various channels as per the needs of the business.
  • Liaise with the General Managers, Group HR Director, and Business Directors, to assist in the design and execution of HR strategy and an annual HR plan. Communicate plans and progress against the plan to the HR function. Create and support a continuous improvement environment for HR activities within the business units.
  • Ensure new employees are properly inducted into the business and given support to become productive as quickly as possible.
  • Liaise with corporate HR and General Manager to develop succession plans and retention strategies for key talent and positions.
  • Liaise with corporate HR and General Manager to develop and execute a learning and development plan that equips individuals with necessary skills.
  • Formulate and implement performance management plans to improve performance or assist with exit from the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with localization policy and targets.


Performance Management

  • Aid and facilitate the performance management process within CNS.
  • Work with Line Managers to ensure that all performance metrics are aligned with company strategic objectives.
  • Work with senior management to ensure job definition and job descriptions are up to date as per company format.
  • Liaise with Corporate L&D Department and Group HRD to ensure that the performance management system and related processes are adhered to as per group policy.


Employee Relations

  • Ensure all employee requests are attended to, within the defined HR SLA’s & are aligned with the company policy.
  • Respond to all employee queries in a clear & timely manner.
  • Monitor employee absence and leave applications.
  • Always reinforce a culture of meritocracy, performance-focus, and diversity.
  • Ensure compliance with local law and Group policy throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure that employees are aware of all the latest changes and current group policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the disciplinary procedure is properly applied.


Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted business partner and advisor to senior line management.
  • Consult and support HR community members.
  • Act as change agent and facilitate transition.
  • Play a key role in communicating organizational messages and monitoring feedback within the business unit.


Qualifications

  • MSc in Human resources or Psychology
  • CIPD Level 5 or higher
  • Bachelors or higher from a reputable university


Additional Information


Experience:

  • Experience in a competitor or similar system integrator
  • Experience in ATS portals SmartRecruiters
  • 5 years' experience or more in HR with 4+ years as a HRBP or HR Lead for a technology organization
