Your Role in Creating Seraya's Legacy

As our Operations Specialist, you will:

• Manage End-to-End Operations: Oversee everything from property onboarding to guest checkout, ensuring smooth and exceptional service.
• Ensure Compliance Excellence: Handle permits, including DTCM registration, and maintain compliance with all Dubai holiday home regulations.
• Optimize Listings: Create and update engaging property profiles on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com etc. to maximize visibility and occupancy.
• Coordinate Suppliers: Manage relationships with suppliers to maintain the quality and timely availability of amenities and essentials.
• Handle Guest Services: Provide top-tier guest communication, lifestyle service coordination, and efficient problem resolution.
• Refine Operational Systems: Build SOPs, templates, and backend systems to boost operational efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the executive team, housekeeping, and maintenance to align goals and create a harmonious workflow.
• Analyze and Improve Performance: Track KPIs and use insights to refine processes and ensure the highest service standards.

• Leadership and Initiative: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams with efficiency and enthusiasm.
• Expertise in Dubai's Market: In-depth knowledge of DTCM regulations and local holiday home trends.
• Technical Proficiency: Experienced with tools such as PMS platforms (Hostaway, Guesty), QuickBooks, and listing sites.
• Guest-Centric Mindset: Exceptional communication skills to deliver memorable guest experiences and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
