The Real Estate Broker position in Dubai offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the property market. As a broker, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, providing expert advice to clients, and navigating the dynamic real estate landscape of Dubai. With a minimum of three years of experience, you will leverage your knowledge to help clients buy and sell properties while ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in buying and selling properties in Dubai (ready or off-plan).
  2. Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and pricing.
  3. Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers and investors.
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
  5. Provide clients with guidance on property investment opportunities.
  6. Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the real estate industry.
  7. Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
  8. Organize and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
  9. Utilize digital marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
  10. Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Proven track record of successful property transactions.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  5. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
  6. Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems.
  7. Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese, Russian, Arabic is a plus but not a must.
