An established property developer and consultant in UAE.

Job Description:

§ Support the Civil Engineer in overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with project specifications and timelines.

§ Work closely with subcontractors, workers, and vendors to maintain proper communication and ensure tasks are executed as per project specifications.

§ Monitor site safety protocols for both civil and MEP works, ensuring compliance with regulations, and reporting any concerns to the supervising engineers.

§ Provide regular updates, highlighting progress, challenges, and any deviations from the plan.

Skills

Qualifications: 

• Male, 40 years old below
• At least 3 years’ experience in similar role from contracting or building consultancy companies
• Experience in reading technical drawings (for technical roles like Electricians, Plumbers, etc.) is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
