Responsibilities:**
- Assist the club manager in daily operations.
- Manage and supervise the work of staff, ensure a high level of service.
- Manage customer service, ensure a premium experience for guests.
- Manage the schedule, inventory and operational logistics.
- Participate in increasing the club's revenue through strategic planning and promotions.
- Use and develop our client base to increase attendance and maintain customer loyalty.
- Promptly resolve emerging issues to maintain the reputation of the club.

Skills

**Requirements:**
- **Must have your own client base in the nightclub or hospitality industry.** !!! !

- Experience in the nightclub, hospitality or event industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
