We are looking for a passionate and organized Junior Wedding Planner to join our dynamic team. Role Overview:

As a Junior Wedding Planner, you will actively support clients through every stage of their wedding journey, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. You will assist with the organization of legalities, ceremonies, and receptions while maintaining exceptional service standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Wedding Planning:
  • Booking court weddings and organizing timely delivery of certificates.
  • Liaising with embassies for legal paperwork and providing court assistance for couples.
  • Communicating with suppliers to manage bookings, pricing updates, and presentations.
  • Supporting the team during large weddings and ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Archiving wedding photos and creating presentations.
  • Additional Event Support:
  • Planning other small events (e.g., bachelor(ette) parties, gender reveals, birthdays).
  • Coordinating tours and related services for couples and guests.
  • Documentation Management:
  • Collecting and managing all required documents for weddings (photos, videos, marriage certificates).
  • Updating records on Easy Wedding Google Drive and providing updates to the social media team.


Requirements:

  • Experience & Skills:
  • 1–3 years of experience in self-organized roles or event management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude with initiative and empathy.
  • Personal Profile:
  • Female
  • Must possess a valid driving license.
  • Interest in working in the wedding planning field.


What We Offer:

  • Flexible Work Options:
  • Option 1: Remote work with flexible timings – AED 3,000 (fixed) + AED 2,000 housing allowance.
  • Option 2: Office-based work – AED 4,000 (fixed) + AED 2,000 housing allowance.
  • Commission:
  • Monthly commission based on targets (details to be finalized).
